Fashionitam Return Policy
Fashionitam.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
- Items must be returned through “Colissimo Shipping” and within 15 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original package and with labels. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 15% FEE or ineligibility to receive store credit.
- Items marked as Sales, Jewelry are FINAL SALE.
Fashionitam does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.
If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email firstname.lastname@example.org within 6hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
All items are returned to Fashionitam at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.
A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Fashionitam. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.
Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
